Pure Help Desk is an evolution of the traditional remote control instruments. It does not require preinstallation, or configuration of client's Firewall/Router apparatus. It maximizes your productivity, the quality of your Customer Care Service, considerably reducing your technical staff's costs, avoiding costly visits and prolonged production stops for your clients. The online back-office system enables you to record and measure your technical assistance.

Web Based

The solutions does not require any installation for the user side, a thin client allows a matual keyboard and mouse's remote control. A thin client ( HelpMe!) can be downloaded in few seconds and you will be ready to assist your customers.

Session recording

For each remote assistance session, a video of the activities performed by the operator is created on the central server.

Reports

You will be able to access all the statistics of the sessions, operator, client, connection times and case incident (exportable in Excel) through a web portal. You will be able to assess the activities performed to calculate SLA and evaluate the productivity of your operators.
