Omega is a standalone Windows program to compute omega and omega hierarchical, measures of measurement precision or reliability, using standardized loadings from a bifactor confirmatory factor analysis. A prerequisite to using Omega is a good fitting, completely orthogonal bifactor model. Omega defines reliability in terms of the variance accounted for by all (i.e., general and group) constructs that underlie a scale score whereas omega hierarchical defines reliability in terms of the variance accounted for by a specific target construct (general or group) alone.

BMI Calculator Body Mass Index Calculator is an easily calculated index of body fat for adults that uses only height and weight. The formula used in this Calculator is (Weight in Pounds * Height in Inches squared) x 703. The definitional formula is Weight in Kilograms *
Effect Size Calculator A standalone Windows program that calculates effect sizes (Cohen's d, r, Glass's delta, Hedges' Unbiased d, Common Language Effect Size, mean difference, pooled standard deviation) given appropriate group means and standard deviations.
ChiSquareDiff A standalone Macintosh program to compute the statistical significance of chi-square difference tests as typically used in comparisons of nested SEM models in EQS, LISREL, and Mplus SEM software as per Bryant and Satorra (2012).
AlphaN Estimates the sample size needed for a specified coefficient alpha, given the Type I error rate and the effect size.
Invariance This program calculates three indices of factor pattern invariance: coefficient of congruence (Rc); chi-square goodness of fit; and salient variable similarity index. All three require that the same variables and factoring methods be used in separate sampl
